Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens. Because this is a small, women-only group experience with significant pre-paid costs, our cancellation policy is designed to protect the integrity of the tour while giving you confidence and clarity.

Guest Cancellations

  • More than 90 days before departure:
Full refund minus a non-refundable booking fee of $200 (covers planning, administrative time, vendor deposits, and reserved group space).

  • 61–90 days before departure:
50% refund of the total tour price.

  • 31–60 days before departure:
25% refund of the total tour price.

  • 30 days or less before departure:
Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable, as accommodations, group rates, and local reservations are already finalized.

  • No-shows:
    No-shows are non-refundable.

Why this is fair for everyone: Your booking reserves one of a limited number of spots. Late cancellations directly affect the group and our ability to run the tour without raising prices.

Deposit & Payment Plan Policy (If You Choose to Offer It)

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once per guest up to 90 days before departure.

  • Final balance is due 60 days before departure. Unpaid balances after this date may result in cancellation without refund.

Tour Transfers (If You Want To Be Flexible)

You may transfer your booking to another eligible guest up to 45 days before departure for a $75 administrative fee.
Transfer requests must be made in writing.

If We Must Cancel the Tour

In the unlikely event the tour cannot run due to safety issues, minimum group size not met, or other critical circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future tour at no extra cost.

We do not reimburse for flights or personal expenses, which is why travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This protects you if unexpected events arise (illness, injury, family emergencies, flight disruptions, or other covered situations).
For your peace of mind, choose a policy that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
